Before you act on any winning number, jackpot amount, or claim deadline shown on this site, verify it directly with the official lottery of the state where you bought your ticket. Lottery Atlas is not liable for any discrepancy between our data and the official record.

2. No financial, legal, or tax advice

Our blog and FAQ content cover topics like state taxes on lottery winnings, anonymity laws, and prize-claim procedures. This content is general information, not legal, financial or tax advice. Lottery laws change, and the rules that apply to your specific situation depend on facts only your own attorney or CPA can assess. Talk to a licensed professional before making a decision that involves a large prize.

3. Acceptable use

You may use this site to:

• Look up winning numbers and jackpots
• Read our editorial articles
• Generate Quick Pick suggestions for your own entertainment
• Link to our pages from your own site or social media

You may not:

• Scrape our articles for commercial republication without permission. Search engines and well-behaved crawlers are welcome (see robots.txt), and the draw-history files on our open data page are free to reuse under CC BY 4.0 with attribution.
• Use the site to organize illegal lottery pools or transactions
• Attempt to overload, attack, or probe the site for vulnerabilities
• Impersonate Lottery Atlas in communications with third parties

4. Quick Pick disclaimer

Our Quick Pick generator picks numbers using a cryptographically secure random number generator. The numbers it generates have exactly the same odds as numbers you pick yourself, numbers generated by a lottery terminal's Quick Pick, or numbers chosen by any other method. No way of choosing numbers (hot, cold, overdue, balanced or anything else) can improve your odds of winning a draw. See our explainer on hot/cold/due numbers for the math.

5. Age and responsible gambling

Lottery participation is restricted by state law to adults (typically 18+, sometimes 21+). This site is intended for visitors of legal lottery age in their jurisdiction. If you are under that age, you should not use Lottery Atlas to make purchasing decisions.
