- Scan tickets and enter second-chance drawings via the official Virginia Lottery app.
- Check Scratcher prizes remaining — the one page that genuinely changes which Scratcher is worth buying.
- Start a prize claim for wins too large to cash at a retailer. Retailers can pay prizes of $600 or less. The app handles claims up to $5,000. Anything larger goes to a Lottery customer service center (Richmond, Roanoke, Woodbridge, Hampton and others) or is claimed by mail.
